Your responsibilities will include:

Are you a skilled and experienced Parts Interpreter / Procurement? Plantman is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Parts Interpreter / Procurement to work for our valued national businesses. Successful Applicants will undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.

  • On a daily basis, meet with workshop staff to determine all urgent requirements for the workshop.
  • Ensure goods are sourced and ordered to be delivered in a timely manner.
  • Parts interpreting including sourcing parts breakdown from various suppliers and OEMs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with our trusted suppliers.
  • Inspection of all parts and components with external repairers and suppliers.
  • Optimise cost reduction for the workshop by sourcing best pricing from suppliers.
  • Complete and assist with the processing of part sales and requisitions when required for clients.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Complete and assist with the processing of part sales and requisitions when required for clients.
  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Detailed practical working knowledge of the operation of machinery, tools and equipment.
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
