I visited site this week and took time to inspect the new vehicle and was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and overall presentation of the vehicle. Plantman completed the build very timely and provided constant feedback to Hitachi to ensure a great outcome for our project at Murrin Murrin. Working with Frank to set up a different style of service body was more than helpful and enabled us to get a truck to meet our requirements. Pricing was good and there were no issues when we made changes… the response was excellent. I made multiple requests to have things added and modified from learnings here on-site and these were done to a great standard. The flatbed has been very well received across the MEM department. As expected it was delivered in a clean and ready-to-go condition as promised and all facets of the truck have been put to good use.
