Engineered for intensive-duty performance, this heavy-duty hose reel features a rugged construction built to withstand continuous use in demanding industrial environments. The fatigue-resistant steel spring delivers long-term reliability, ensuring smooth, consistent tension and even load distribution during hose extension and retraction.
A full-port shaft and swivel system eliminates flow restrictions for maximum efficiency, while the spool is mounted on dual, permanently lubricated and sealed ball bearings to reduce spring torque load. This design provides exceptionally smooth retraction and extends the service life of the reel.
The large radial latching area allows for effortless operation, and the adjustable hose guide arm can be positioned in multiple ways to suit wall, ceiling, or floor mounting. With a compact, narrow footprint, multiple reels can be installed side-by-side to maximise workspace efficiency.
Each model includes a 0.8-metre inlet hose and comes fitted with a 15-metre, 1/2-inch hose suitable for air, water, and coolant applications, making it ideal for workshops, manufacturing facilities, and heavy-industrial use.
